Shipping policy

All Sœur Jumelle pieces are thoughtfully handcrafted and shipped with care.

All pieces require 2–3 weeks for creation prior to shipment.

Once ready items are processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control. We recommend choosing insured shipping at checkout for high-value orders.

International shipping

We ship from New York to 27 countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe.

International orders are sent with DHL Express. Duties and import taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout, so the total you see at checkout is the full price. Nothing more to pay on delivery.
